Eager Beav ("we") writes an original post every day from the knowledge you give us and publishes it to the social accounts you connect. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Contact us any time at seopersayan@gmail.com.
Your social accounts stay yours
This is the part that matters most, so it goes first. We never receive your social passwords, and we never hold the access tokens for your accounts. You authorise each account on the platform's own login screen, through our publishing partner Zernio, which holds the grant. We store only what we need to know where to post: the account id, the platform, the display name and username, and the times you connected and disconnected.
You can revoke access at any time — from your Posts page here, or from the platform's own connected-apps settings. Disconnecting here stops the posting immediately, even before the platform reflects it. Each customer gets a separate publishing profile, so your posts can only ever reach your own accounts.
We ask each platform only for the permission needed to publish on your behalf. We do not read your private messages, and we do not collect your followers or their data.
What we collect
- Account data. Your email address, used to create your account and sign you in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google, never your password.
- The link you give us at the start. Your website or a public social profile. We fetch it once, publicly, the way any visitor would, to draft your brand knowledge. If the page gives us nothing usable we tell you so, and we ask you instead.
- Brand knowledge you enter. Business name, what you sell, your audience, your voice, the themes you want and the ones to avoid, your links, the image style you pick, and anything else you save. This is the material the engine writes from.
- Connected accounts. For each account you connect: platform, account id, display name, username, and the connect and disconnect times. No passwords, no tokens.
- Generated content. The posts and images we produce for you, and the record of what was published where and when.
- Usage and device data. Pages visited, features used, errors, approximate location from IP, browser and device type.
- Payment metadata. Plan, invoice IDs, billing status and the last four digits of your card, received from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
To run your account, write and publish your posts, bill you, provide support, keep the service secure, and send you account and product emails. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train third-party models beyond what is needed to produce your own posts and images.
Who processes your data
- Zernio holds the authorisation to your connected accounts and delivers the posts to each platform.
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage.
- DeepSeek, OpenAI and fal.ai are our AI subprocessors. Your brand knowledge and post prompts are sent to them strictly to produce your own text and images.
- Resend delivers transactional and product email.
- Meta Pixel and cookies measure our advertising and site analytics. The Pixel only loads after you accept the cookie notice.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel) load only after you press "Got it" on the cookie notice. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep account and brand data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons — typically billing records for up to 7 years. Posts already published live on your own accounts: they stay yours, and we neither retract them nor could we.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, export it in a portable format, or delete it entirely. You can also object to or restrict certain processing. Email seopersayan@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California, these rights are guaranteed to you under the GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.
International transfers
Our processors may run servers outside your country. When data leaves the EU or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the people who need it. Because we hold no social credentials or tokens, a breach here cannot hand anyone your accounts. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects you we will tell you without undue delay.
Children
Eager Beav is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and email account holders.
