Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eager Beav. By creating an account or paying for the subscription you agree to them. Plain English, no legalese theatre.

The service

Eager Beav writes one original post a day for your business using AI, from the brand knowledge you give us, with an image generated in the style you pick. The same idea is phrased for each platform and published to the accounts you connect — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and Threads. We may improve models, prompts and features over time, as long as that core promise stays the same.

Posting is automatic, once a day

Today the post goes out on its own, and everything published is listed in your dashboard. There is no approval step before publishing yet. If you need to review posts first, do not rely on this service for that until we ship it — and tell us, because it is the next thing we build.

Your accounts, your posts, your responsibility

The posts we produce are yours: edit them, reuse them, keep them, no strings. In exchange, you are responsible for what goes public under your name, and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect and to share the information, links and images you give us. Each platform has its own terms and its own rules on automated posting; you remain bound by them, and we cannot guarantee a platform will not restrict or suspend an account.

Billing and connected accounts

The subscription is $29 a month or $290 a year, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel. One connected account is included. Each additional account is $15 a month and is charged only from the moment it is actually connected — opening a slot costs nothing, and disconnecting an account stops its charge. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, never mid-period.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. When it ends, posting stops. Nothing is deleted, your accounts stay connected to you, and we never touch what is already published.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Eager Beav is not for you, email seopersayan@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no interrogation. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first subscription payment. Posts already published stay on your accounts, and stay yours.

Acceptable use

You may not use Eager Beav to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexual involving minors, infringing on someone else's intellectual property, or intended to impersonate another person or business. You may not resell raw access to the engine, attempt to reverse engineer it, or attack our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break this, with a pro-rata refund of any unused period unless the breach was deliberate.

No guarantees on reach

Reach, followers and sales depend on your market, your offer and each platform's ranking, none of which we control. We do not guarantee impressions, engagement, followers or revenue. What we guarantee is a post a day, written from your own knowledge, for the accounts you connect.

Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not promise uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, platform outages and force majeure happen; a platform can also reject or rate-limit a post for reasons outside our control. If our engine misses days of output because of us, we extend your period accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost reach, a restricted account or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we update the date above and notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
